1. Information we collect

We collect the details you provide through our enquiry forms, email and telephone conversations — typically your name, work email, Singapore contact number, professional profile and the programme you are interested in. For corporate engagements we may also collect organisation name, team size and capability requirements.

2. How we use your information

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, administer course registration, deliver programmes, issue invoices and attendance records, and share programme updates you have asked to receive. We do not sell personal data.

3. Disclosure

Data may be shared with facilitators and service providers engaged to deliver a programme, and with your organisation where it has sponsored your attendance. Disclosure otherwise occurs only where required by Singapore law.

4. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access or disclosure.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to business@aureon.com.sg. Withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide certain services to you.
